Send Forms More Easily Than Ever

Your team can now use our new Send Forms feature in the Vet Hero Paperless Hub to quickly send pre-filled forms to your clients through SMS or Email. Access this feature by navigating to your Contacts -> Select Desired Contact’s Profile -> Select “Forms” in the upper right hand corner.

Pre-Filled Form Fields = Increased Accuracy and More Convenience for Pet Parents

Vet Hero’s forms have always been wired to pre-fill with information that lives on the customer’s personal device. Now, Vet Hero forms will pre-fill all information directly from your practice’s health records system (PIMS). This means no repetitive work for your clients - information they have already provided your practice will be filled out for them before they even start the form. Simply press the “Add Contact And Pet Information” button when sending a form.
